Article 1 (Membership)
- 1. "Member" refers to an individual who agrees to these Terms and Conditions and applies for membership in accordance with the procedures established by our company.
- "Member Information" refers to information regarding a member's attributes disclosed to our company by the member, as well as information such as the member's transaction history.
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all members and must be observed during the registration procedure and after registration.
Article 2 (Registration)
- Membership Eligibility
Customers who have agreed to these Terms and Conditions and applied for membership using the prescribed form will acquire membership status upon completion of the prescribed registration procedures. The membership registration procedure must be completed by the individual becoming a member. Registration by a proxy is strictly prohibited. Special characters, old kanji characters, Roman numerals, etc., cannot be used when registering member information. If such characters are registered, we will change them. - Password Management
(1) The password shall be used exclusively by the member and may not be transferred or lent to any third party.
(2) The member is responsible for managing the password, including changing it regularly to ensure it is not known to others.
(3) Any declaration of intent made to our company using a password shall be deemed to be the declaration of intent of the member, and all payments, etc. arising from such declaration shall be the sole responsibility of the member.
Article 3 (Changes)
- If there are any changes to the information registered with our company, such as name or address, the member shall promptly notify our company.
- Our company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from a failure to register a change. Furthermore, please note that even if a change is registered, transactions that have already been processed prior to the change registration will be handled based on the information provided prior to the change.
Article 4 (Withdrawal from Membership)
If a member wishes to withdraw from membership, the member must complete the withdrawal procedure themselves. Membership will be terminated upon completion of the prescribed withdrawal procedure.
Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Liability for Damages)
- Our company may revoke a member's membership if the member makes a false declaration when applying for membership, fails to fulfill their obligation to pay for goods purchased through mail order, or if there is any other reason that our company deems inappropriate for the member.
- If a member commits any of the acts specified in the following items, they shall be liable to compensate our company for any damages suffered as a result.
(1) Unauthorized use of a membership number or password.
(2) Interfering with our company's business operations by accessing this website and falsifying information, or by transmitting harmful computer programs to this website.
(3) Engaging in acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the products handled by our company.
(4) Engaging in any other acts that violate these Terms of Use.
Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)
- As a general rule, our company will not disclose member information to third parties without the prior consent of the member. However, in the following cases, our company may disclose member information and other customer information without the member's prior consent.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)

- Our company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from a member's violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 11 (Revision of these Terms and Conditions)

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of our company's head office shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction for the first instance.
